می توانید برای استفاده خودتون محدودیت ایجاد کنید همچنین می توانید دوره زمانی مشخص کنید!
بهتر هست شما ابتدا تمام کانکشنهای خود را دیسکانکت کنید سپس برنامه را اجرا و محدودیت خودتون رو اعمال کنید
و سپس بعد از اتمام کار می توانید در همین برنامه ببینید که چقدر از اینترنت استفاده کرده اید و اطلاعات اضافی دیگر...
